Training and Seminars
Invest in your staff with Raise Production's training seminars. Our course material covers;
- the mechanics and hydraulics of liquid loading gas wells
- technology and production practices used in well optimization
- forecasting well flow behavior
Most seminars employ the use of Raise Production's portable well model. This plexiglass model utilizes a water pump and air compressor to provide a visual simulation of the effects of liquid loading on gas flow. It is also used to demonstrate the operation of a free flow plunger and velocity tube.
Design and Manufacturing
Raise Production designs and manufactures a wide spectrum of technically advanced products in our Edmonton, Alberta facility. Our products are manufactured out of the highest quality materials with rigid quality control standards. Raise Production's products are supported locally for repairs and warranties and when required, customization design solutions.
Evaluation and Consulting Production Engineering
Raise Production’s team of production engineers specializes in the performance evaluation of oil and gas wells and the development of technical solutions to maximize well production. Following an in-depth analysis of the well information our engineers propose an optimization plan that suites our customers’ specific needs.
Technical support is only a call away. Raise Produciton’s highly skilled Field Technicians work closely with our Production Engineering group to ensure that equipment is installed and working in accordance with the customized enhancement solution proposed.
The DataServe™ Management System notifies Stellarton of any problems that arise with a well’s production profile. It is also an effective optimization tool for scheduling routine maintenance and mitigating loss of production.
