The most critical component of field operations is the trained field production operator who is aware of all safety and environmental requirements, fully trained on the specific equipment in use on any particular well lease, trained to understand and recognize the effects of pipeline changes, hydraulic well bore loading and how these can effect productivity over the short and long term life of the well.
