Ken Zinger
Director
Mr. Zinger is the President of CES Canadian Operations. Mr. Zinger was the President and one of the principals of Impact Fluid Systems Inc. since its incorporation in 2001. Impact was one of the two private drilling fluids businesses acquired by the Partnership in March, 2006. Prior to joining Impact, Mr. Zinger worked as a Technical Sales Representative for Newpark Canada for three years. Mr. Zinger worked in the field in various drilling related capacities for nine years before joining Protec Mud Services as a Drilling Fluids Technician. After spending four years as a Drilling Fluids Technician, Mr. Zinger became a Sales Representative for Newpark Canada. Mr. Zinger has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian oilfield services industry.

Rod Graham
Director
Mr. Graham is Director of ZCL Composites Inc. ("ZCL"), Essential Energy Services and Horizon North Logistics Inc., all TSX listed companies. President and Chief Executive Officer of ZCL from September 2010 until August 2012 and prior to, was cofounder and managing director of Northern Plains Capital Ltd. until 2010. Chartered Financial Analyst.

Dell Chapman
Director
Dell Chapman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since September 2010. Dell Chapman is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Analyst with more than 30 years of oil and gas experience. Mr. Chapman joined Equal Energy in September 2010, prior to which he had been the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Berens Energy Ltd., a TSX-listed company, from its inception in 2003 until its sale in 2010. Before Berens, Mr. Chapman was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer with Technicoil Corporation, and before that he was in the same role with Stellarton Energy Corporation. Previously, Mr. Chapman had also been a Manager, Finance at Suncor, and, from 1986 until 1995, was in various increasing senior financial roles with Gulf Canada Resources. Mr. Chapman graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1990

Marvin D. Clifton
Director
Mr. Clifton was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Technicoil on February 1, 2008. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clifton served as the Corporation's President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2002. Mr. Clifton is responsible for providing overall leadership and general management for the company. Mr. Clifton has over 40 years experience in the oil and gas services industry including senior executive and management roles in public and private oil and gas service companies in Canada. Prior to joining Technicoil, Mr. Clifton was Senior Vice President, Operations of Precision Well Servicing.

R.D. (Bob) Steele, P.Eng
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. Steele is an independant businessman and is currently a director of Technioil Corporation. He was chairman of Board and Director of Berens Energy Ltd. from 2002 to March 2010 and was the Chief Executive Officer of Berens Energy Ltd. from 2002 to May 31, 2007.
